How EPCWOW Works

EPCWOW is a cloud-based technology platform developed to provide retrofit dashboards and Energy Upgrade Calculators to homeowners.

It uses EPC certificate data to produce a list of energy upgrades options for houses and apartments. The user can select and deselect measures or choose from the options provided to plan their own retrofit project.

If homeowners do not have an EPC certificate, they can select from multiple building typologies where they should generally find a dwelling type similar to theirs.
